Please can you provide me with a list of all titles that were purchased on 22 May 2019 between the times of 4pm and 7pm, specifying the time that each title was purchased.

Thank you for your email of 14th March 2021 in which you requested a list of all titles that were purchased on 22nd May 2019 between 4pm-7pm, specifying the time that each title was purchased. Your request has been processed under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Unfortunately HM Land Registry does not hold information relating to the time properties were purchased, therefore we are unable to provide you with the information requested.
Under section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act, public authorities have a duty to provide advice and assistance to individuals making requests for information. HM Land Registry holds information relating to the times/dates when property registrations were completed and applications made; it may be possible for us to provide you with this information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 if requested.

If you are dissatisfied with this response to your request, you may seek an internal review within two months of the date of our reply. Internal reviews will be dealt within 20 working days. If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) within three months of the reply for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by HM Land Registry. Please see their contact page. Please note that the ICO's offices are closed for the foreseeable future. They are unable to receive correspondence by post.
