Waste and Software Applications. 
 
Right of Access 
 
Section 1(1) of the Act provides any person making a request for
information to a public authority is entitled. 
 
(a) to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds
information of the description specified in the request (which Section
1(6) of the Act designates as the "duty to confirm or deny"), and

A.3   We use Routesmart route planning software to design the most
efficient routes to service bins on a day to day basis. The designs are
printed out for the drivers who then record any issues on a printed piece
of paper.  However, there are plans to move to a digital solution.

A.5    Total Mobile is the solution in place, this is not a management
system but an IT solution for inspecting processes or equipment.

A.7   We use our own inhouse system GPA (Geographical Pest Application).

A.10   We use ESRI, but the software for 'operational management' is
ArcGIS pro and ArcGIS online both ESRI products.

A.11   We currently use LAGAN as our CRM.
