 1. Are you currently in a partnership with other councils for waste IT
system operations or procurement? If in a partnership please name the
partner councils? NO

2. Do you currently operate waste services (collections) directly, or
through a waste contractor such as Biffa, Suez or Veolia. If through a
contractor, please name them. In house workforce.

3. Which of the IT systems below do you use for the management of
day-to-day municipal bin collections:

Complaints

may ask for an internal review. Please contact me if you require an
internal review of your case. An internal review will be conducted by the
Monitoring Officer or Head of Service and we will aim to respond within 20
working days. However, if we are unable to complete the review by this
date, we will advise you accordingly.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
