Please confirm when Tory Cllr Helen Weltman fist became a member of Cwac Planning Committee - how many times since Tory Cllr Weltman joined the Committee has the Committee refused planning applications despite having being advised by their planning officer's not to do so - how many times those refused applications were later won on appeal - total sums of monies those appeals cost Cwac - we the tax payer.

[Extraneous and potentially defamatory material removed, including questions for advice rather than information.]

Mr Cattel

I have sought copy of important information and that Sir is the purpose of this website. It appears to me I have offended you by providing a detailed background in support of my request, and if this is so then your disappointing reaction is slightly more understandable.

ROBERT PICKTHALL

Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

You elect once again to ignore yet another of my legitimate requests and as a result I once again require you to provide me a internal review of your decision not to acknowledge my request nor provide me the information I have requested.

I wish to take this opportunity to say the sum of money needlessly and irresponsibly lost to the tax payer, monies paid out in costs to Richborough Estates was £178,414.04 a sum considerably larger than the amount I had claimed in my original request

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

ROBERT PICKTHALL
