Dear House of Commons,

I hope you can help with this Freedom Of Information request, if not could you provide me with the contact details for the organisation who can.

In May 2015 (maybe wrong) the title of Minister for Disabled People was changed to "Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Disabled People"

A. Was any consultation/research done for this change ?
B. Dose this "change" have any impilications regarding the legal standing of the minister? Including involvement in "Ministers Code of Conduct"
B.1 Where these changes discussed prior to the change.
