Thank you for your request of 30th October 2016 under the Freedom of
Information Act.  You requested the following information:


Please provide the editable template that is used for timetables displayed
in bus stops & online across the network.


Our response is as follows:


Bus stop timetable displays are generated in printed format from our
schedules software, using an embedded bespoke print routine developed by
the system supplier. We do not use an editable blank template that is
populated manually or otherwise. Any online information is derived from
the same source material.  I am therefore unable to provide you with the
document you request.


If you are dissatisfied with this response for any reason you have the
right to seek an internal review.  A request for review should be
submitted to our Customer Services Team within two months from the date of
my initial response. An internal panel will then review the response and
advise you of the outcome.


If having requested a review by Reading Buses you are not satisfied with
the outcome you have the right of appeal to the Information Commissioner’s
Office (Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF).
