2. What action is taken or has been taken to ensure that workers are aware of the University's policy or practice concerning timesheet fraud and/or falsification in the following departments:
a) Department of Chemistry
b) Department of Computer Science
c) Department of HR
3. Under what circumstances may timesheet fraud or falsification be permitted, justified or ignored? Please specifically comment on:
a) Circumventing contract start/end dates
b) Circumventing contract suspension
c) Circumventing visa regulations
4. How many incidents of timesheet fraud and/or falsification were reported by workers/employees/students of the Department of Computer Science in the following years:
a) 2015
b) 2016
c) 2017
5. How were these incidents investigated?
6. What action was taken to ensure those who reported it were not victimised and/or disadvantaged for having done so?
