Timescale for issuing a BRP after a successful court appeal

Tony made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Home Office,

I was little curious about how organised the Home Office is, there must be a time frame in which the HO (Home Office) provides the BRP after a successful court appeal. As in my case, my appeal was successful and decision was made in September 2016 in my favour. 2 weeks after the decision, I was told on my reporting that the HO is not appealing the court's decision and I have to wait for the BRP. It is more than 14 weeks now since the decision was made and no correspondence has been received from the HO's side.
However, I am not asking about the details of my case but in the similar circumstances what is the time scale or time frame for issuing a BRP if there is one.

So my formal question is, If the HO decides not to appeal the court's decision;
1. What is the time frame under which the HO issues a BRP?
2. What is the process from 'the decision to not appeal against the court directions' to the 'issuance of a BRP'?

Yours faithfully,

Tony

Dear FOI Responses,

My initial request was that If Home Office has any fixed timescale under which they have to issue a BRP after a successful court appeal or they can take as long as they want?

Yours sincerely,
