Dear Maidstone Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Maidstone Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Time taken to validate planning applications'.
Thank you for your response! However you have told me the Statutory Time Scale but the reality is my Agents have not heard from MBC.
I did not ask for the Statutory Time but the actual time.
Can you please address this?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Dear Fergus Wilson
I am sorry to hear you did not receive the information you expected.
In order to process your request, can you please clarify if you are requesting the time taken to validate specific applications, and if so which applications, or whether you are requesting the average time taken for all requests within a given period? If it is the latter, can you please advise the time frame for your request.
Yours sincerely

Dear Complaints & FOI (MBC),
I am seeking the average time.
In this day and age many Public Bodies fail to respond within the Statutory period and it is not confined to Planning Matters,
