Time taken for Chancery Master to aprove transcript of her judgement for an appeal
Dear HM Courts and Tribunals Service,
Pursuant to the freedom of Information Act 2000
Since 1st of January 2014 to date,
I would like to know the average time taken for a Master and/ or Chief Master in the Chancery Division Rolls Building to approve the transcript of their judgement for the purposes of an appeal.
I would also like to know the number of times, the time taken has exceeded 90 days.
