Time spent by Marvin Rees on his publicly funded job as mayor
Dear Bristol City Council,
On Wednesday 6th July 2022 Marvin Rees had a three hour long interview scheduled with Tom Bromley entered in his council outlook calendar. As this was during the working day and on the council calendars I guess it was a work meeting. I'd like to know the nature of that meeting please and any notes, recordings, or minutes produced during that meeting. Please tell me who was present at that meeting and their roles in it.
If this was not a work meeting please tell me why three hours of the mayor's time was allocated to it during the working week, why it was entered in the mayor's work calendar, and whether it took place on Council premises or using council laptop or other equipment.
Finally, if any council time or equipment was used for this meeting I want to know whether the Mayor would personally benefit financially from the purpose of the meeting, and whether it will be declared.
Yours faithfully,
Geoff Lansdown
