Time scales for hearings
Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),
In 2010 and 2011 how many hearings or trials failed or were withdrawn because time scales for presentation to court have not been met?
How many complaints have been received about such delays?
Yours faithfully,
David Scott
