Time line for answering letters sent to the Northern Ireland Housing Excutive
Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
Regarding the date that I put on my request , this date is wrong .The proper date is the 1st July 2017
Yours faithfully,
John Leitch
Dear Mr. Leitch,
The Housing Executive is required to answer requests for information under the FOI Act within 20 working days. Other routine correspondence should be answered in no later than 20 working days, and in the case of less complex enquiries, within a very short space of time.
If you have any concerns about the time taken to respond to your query I am happy to look into this for you if you would care to forward me a copy of the correspondence.
Regards
Jim Johnston
Dear records ,
Thank you for your quick reply , the Lisburn Office does not answer letters , hand written or electronic letters.
This has come about since the "Assistant Manager Mrs Sharon Hazley" retired some months ago.
I am trying to get this situation rectified , as it was good to have contact with the local office.
The house officer for Ferndale House ( Siobhan McCallan ) did answer e-mails when the assistant manager was still at work ,but since her retirement all letters have gone unanswered.
I sent my recent letter to the Lisburn Office Manager Mr Aengus Hannaway ,on the 1st July 2017 , and I have not received any reply, this letter was a recorded delivery.
Is it now the policy of the NIHE to have no direct communication with residents regarding complaints.
Yours sincerely,
John Leitch
Mr Leitch,
Your complaint is currently being dealt with by Lisburn Area Office you
will receive their response shortly.
Regards,
Mrs Ann Heaney
Assistant Principal Officer
Landlord Services
Belfast Regional Office
