Please provide me with your average time taken to give a full response to, FOI and SAR requests. Please provide this information going back in years as far as is permitted so as not to breach costs under regulations. Please identify the years covered in your response.

Please confirm if when the NIPB have failed to provide a response to a FOI or SAR within the time frame required under law and an internal review is requested how long you take on average to complete the internal review. Go back as many years as possible without breaching costs under the regulations. Please identify the years covered in your response.

Please confirm if you put the original FOI, SAR requests on hold while the review is being conducted. If you do please provide the section in law which permits the NIPB to do this.
