TIER 4 Study Time Limit and Revoked Colleges
Dear Home Office,
The Home office revoked the sponsor licences of quite a lot of colleges recently.
Please tell me many students have been affected and what percentage or number have benefited from using the CIT since the time it has been set up by the home office?
Are there cases where affected genuine students are allowed to exceed the study cap (to make up for wasted time studying an unfinished course at a revoked college) when applying for a different course with a new sponsor?
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Fakorede
