Tier 4 Sponsors duties

Dear Home Office,

Please provide the information of all questions asked below:

1. Can Tier4 sponsor universities defer any international student study without student consent. Please provide the information for continuing and new ( 1st time coming to study in the uni) students both from the period of Jan 2013-Jan 2020.

2. If Tier 4 universities Deferred continuing student without asking consent /permission then Will it be considered in the breach of sponsors duties set by the Home Office.

3. Can Tier4 universities issue new
CAS(Confirmation of Acceptance for studies) with in the U.K. to continuing international students who have already deferred their study for a year. Please consider the period from January 2016 -2020.

If No, to Q3. Then issuing CAS by the universities with in the U.K. to deferred student falls in the breach of Tier 4 sponsor responsibilities/duties.

4. Is there any fee required for the Tier4 sponsors universities to pay to the Home office/UKVI in order to generate a new CAS for their new/ continuing students.

If yes to Q4, what is the fee required for Universities to issue CAS each student by the Home Office to (a) Bachelor of Engineering (b) Bachelor of Business Studies (c) Bachelor of Law. (D) Bachelor degree of Medical. Please consider the period of Jan 2011-Jan 2020.

My aim is to collect information of fee required for 3-4 years Bachelor degree courses.
