The College believes that your question will be best answered by the UK Border Agency, which we understand would be prepared to answer this request as pertains to a number of Higher Education institutions.
Therefore, under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, our advice to you in order to get the completest possible response to your request, is to contact the relevant Home office team here: [email address]
If you are unsatisfied with our response to your request, you can appeal for an internal review in the first instance to the Deputy Director, Kevin Porter ([email address]).

Dear Royal College of Music,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Royal College of Music's handling of my FOI request 'Tier 4'.
[ Under the Freedom of Information Act, you are liable to provide all the information as requested. You cannot shift the burden of information to some other organization body like UKBA. The information which has been requested are those information which should be always handy with the educational institution because these information needs to be reported to UKBA directly under the sponsorship duties. So I hope you would be able to reply me within the stipulated time.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
