Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Tier 2 - ICT Details'.

1) firstly the above details were requested for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and as per recent FOI search they only have around 6786 tier 2 ICT, as against 20000 that was quoted.

2) if not exactly the same but a similar search was carried out (though on a different company) and in that case the information was provided. Please refer to FOI reference 1602/23085.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Tier 2 - ICT Details'.

1) I will amend my request to include 'the exact wording' to be searched as per the last internal review carried out.

2) The argument again that the Home Office will have to go through 20000 CoS is not acceptable. The requested information is for Job Title under 'Project Manager' and surely not every CoS issued by TCS will be for 'Project Manager' and/or SOC code 2424. This should be few hundred and not thousands as quoted.

3) in light of the new information and lead provided I will request that a further internal review is carried out.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

Prashant Sengar
