Dear Mr Kellard

Thank you for your enquiry of 7 August in which you are requesting an
update of your request for information reference 2180/26676.  Your request
falls to be dealt with under Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I regret that we have been unable to send you a full response to your
request within 20 working days, as required by the Act.  This is due to a
significant increase in the number of requests received.   I would like to
apologise on behalf of the Department for this delay.
