Dear Homes England,

I am Kumar, I am currently holding Tier2 general and my wife holding Tier2 dependent.
Initially we both got visa on 01/04/2014 and 28/04/2014 I am in UK in the same month 20/04/2014 but my wife entered in UK 11/11/2014 which is 197 days absense. after that we both never out from the country not more than 15 days all 5 yrs.

I am getting eligibility for ILR in 2019 March at the same time can my wife also eligible to apply for ILR or she need to wait till November to get eligibility. Please advise me. Thank you,

I am Kumar arrived uk on 20/04/2014 visa stamped from 01/04/2014
My wife arrived uk on 11/11/2014 visa stamped from 28/04/2014
