Tier1 General employment letter Settlement
Dear Home Office,
My query is regarding tier1general settlement.
Question 1. If an applicant got 2 salaried jobs and he has taken annual holidays from one job and unauthorised leave from the other job and is out of the country for less than 180 days in any of the 12 months out of 5 years will his continuous residence period will stand or will it get broken as he has taken unauthorised leave from one job although he is continuously employed in other job.
Question 2. Will the evidence in the form of a letter from one job where the applicant has taken annual holidays will be enough or does he still needs a letter from other job stating unauthorised absence from work to cover his absences.
Question 3. Is there a certain requirement regarding the absence letters or is it suppose to be a simple letter stating applicant name, post, employee number and the dates time spent outside the UK.
Yours faithfully,
I ahmed
