In retain to your additional request.

 

I am unable to answer the request fully as I am unable to know the details
of all individuals who have ‘any contact with WLDC’.

 

This request in this format could include all residents of the Borough
Council, employees, contractors and companies who do work for the Council
and other government agencies who provide services in partnership with the
Borough Council.

 

I can answer the request in relation to paid employees and members of the
Council (during the course of their employment and as part of the process
of working for or representing the Council) no tickets have been offered
or received in relation to the 2012 Olympics.

 

I am aware that individual members of staff have in a private capacity,
applied for, been successful and paid for tickets for 2012 Olympic events
as part of the public ballot, however this is in a private capacity and
not part of their duties or work related activities.

 

I hope this provides the information you require.
