I repeat my response that no information is held.

Your original request asked for;

1.The total number of tickets NBC applied for.

2.The total amount paid for tickets (or amount outstanding if not
yet paid)

3. Please break this down by events

Section 1(1)(a) of the act requires a public body to inform applicants
if information relating to their request is held.

The Council did not apply for tickets. No records are held relating to
ticket offers and no tickets have been purchased.

Further requests for the same or similar information will be considered
vexatious as your request on Olympic tickets has been responded to in
full.

I will however investigate further if you can provide any evidence as to
why you continue to believe this Council holds information relating to
your request. Just because a few other authorities may have been offered
tickets (such as Bexley) would not in itself be reason to believe this
Council was withholding information.

You right to challenge the Council's responses with the Information
Commissioner remain.
