Dear Edinburgh Trams Limited,

I would like to request the following information about your tickets.

1. Could i please see a full list of all of your TVMs (ticket vending machines) that shows details such as the make / model / machine number / location.

2. Could you please tell me how many "on board fares" have been sold since the Edinburgh Trams opened.

3. Could you please provide details about exactly what the "on board fare" is valid as? Is it a single ticket or a return ticket or a day ticket? And is it valid just in the city zone or is it valid in the airport zone as well?

4. If a passenger only has banknotes on them but no coins or cards are they permitted to buy on board the tram for the same price as the TVMs?

5. If a passenger has coins but does not have the exact fare are they permitted to buy on board the tram for the same price as the TVMs?

6. If all of the TVMs on all platforms at a tram station are broken are passengers permitted to buy on board for the same price as the TVMs?

7. What is the reason for installing TVMs that do not accept banknotes and do not give change?

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Johnson
