Dear Graham Palmer

Our ref: FOI-3104-1819/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14
February 2019 asking for copies of the Ticketing & Revenue Update.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can
confirm that we do hold the information you require – Please find attached
the Ticketing & Revenue Update issues 114 and 115.

Please note that in accordance with section 40(2) of the FOI Act, any
personal information that would allow an individual to be identified
unfairly has been removed. This is because the disclosure of such personal
data would be a breach of the Data Protection Act (DPA), specifically the
first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data
to be fair and lawful. As these bulletins are written for an internal
audience we do not believe that any of the individuals that could be
identified from information within the documents would have expected that
information to enter the public domain. We therefore believe that it would
be unfair to disclose this personal information in these circumstances.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would
like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely,
