Gambling Commission did not have the information requested.

Dear Gambling Commission,
can you explain why all online placed lottery tickets end in the number 79 here is an example of a ticket I purchased as everyone ends the same or explain why they are broken into 3 sections and what do they mean like a bar code reads

Dear Mr Jenkins,

 

Please could you specify what previous correspondence you are referring
to? According to our records, you submitted an FOI request on 14 February
(our ref: 18/016), for which on 14 March you received the below response:

am writing to inform you we do not hold the information you have
requested.
