Ticket Office Staff Training

Please could you under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act disclose what training is given to persons who staff your ticket offices? This information may include, but not exclusively:

1, Training manuals provided by ATOC or East Coast,

2, Fare and ticketing manuals provided by ATOC or East Coast,

3, Manuals on how to use the relevant computer system,

4, Hand-outs provided at training sessions,

5, Regular updates provided to staff in the last 12 months,

6, Power Point presentations or similar,

These may have been provided to staff either electronically, in paper form or staff may have been provided with information on how to access such information. Unless specified above I would like to request all such information held since privatisation or the earliest date permitted by the FOI act, whichever is the latter.

Additionally could you inform me if and how any of the requested materials have been amended by East Coast since taking control of the franchise from NXEC.

Your assistance is most appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
