Ticket Manager System

Mark Ritchie made this Freedom of Information request to South Wales Police

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by South Wales Police.

Dear South Wales Police,

I have been asked to resubmit this request to your FOI team as you wrongly refused the request as being vexacious and the only way to have the request looked at again is by resubmitting it. So i now do this in line with what you are asking me to do.I would like:-

1. Information that categorically proves ticket manager cannot be tampered with.
2. The operating data that explains the way ticket manager works.
3. How long South Wales Police have used Ticket Manager.
4. How entries are made onto the system.
5. Who has authority to make entries and how they are recorded.
6. How many times ticket manager data has been used in a court of law.
7. How this data is transferred from the computer system into actual evidence form that is acceptable to be presented in Court.
8. Legislation from Central Government that states that Ticket Manager is an approved system and such data can be used in any proceedings.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie

Dear South Wales Police,

I have just spoken to your FOI team and you have denied this request has been made and also that you are well out of the timescale that is required by law for you to respond. I now require an explanation as to why you think it's acceptable to deny that I have made a legitimate request and also being obstructive as to responding to this request.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie

At the request of the public authority and given evidence that this request is a duplicate of a previous one which was refused, I have updated the status of this request to "refused".

This is not a duplicate request, it is a new one which I was asked to resubmit by South Wales police. Interested to know who requested you to interfere with mine.
