Thrive Grant 2013/14

The request was successful.

Dear Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council,

With regards to a Thrive grant that was awarded to the "Friends of Stamford Park" during 2013, my FOI request relates to the following documentation:

I have visibility of the original grant application, but I would like the "end of project" report published as there appears to be some projects that were not completed but were included within the original grant application.

In addition, I would like a breakdown of costs/receipts published in relation to this grant to better understand how the grant funds were spent versus the cost breakdown detailed within the original grant application.

As Thrive grants are public money, I believe my FOI request meets the "public interest" test and as the end of project report and financial summary that I have requested does not contain any sensitive or commercially sensitive information, I don't believe this information can be withheld in terms of Section 40(2) of FOIA or Data Protection Act 1998.

Yours faithfully,

Dr kevin parker
