Thousands of Serious Averse Reactions following HPV vaccination.

Steve Hinks made this Freedom of Information request to The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation

The request was successful.

Dear The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation,

the following 'health professionals' attended the JCVI HPV sub-committee in September 2014:
Prof Judith Breuer, Prof Henry Kitchener, Kate Cuschieri, Mrs Pauline MacDonald, Prof John Edmunds, Prof Andrew Pollard, Dr Peter Elton, Dr Ann Sullivan, Dr Richard Gilson, Ms Carolyn Heaney (DH) Dr Joshua Pink (University of Warwick)Dr John Henderson DH) Dr Karen Powell (PHE)Prof Matt Keeling (University of Warwick) Dr Vanessa Saliba (PHE)Dr David Mesher (PHE), Dr Kate Soldan (PHE), Dr Kohjun Ong (PHE), Dr Geoff Woottan (DH)Ms Michelle Parkinson (DH) Ms Joanne Yarwood (PHE)
Dr Phil Bryan (MHRA), Dr Nicola Steedmen (Scottish Government), Dr Claire Cameron (HPS) Dr Richard Roberts (Public Health Wales), Dr Andrew Riley (Welsh Assembly Government), Dr David Vardy (Welsh Assembly Government), Prof Ray Borrow (PHE), Dr Kate Soldan (PHE), Dr Mark Jit (PHE), Prof Margaret Stanley (University of Cambridge),
Mr Jonathan Crofts (PHE), Mrs Emma Burton-Graham and Mr Andrew Earnshaw (PHE).

Quite an assembly of supposedly the most highly experienced and knowledgeable experts in the field of vaccines and particularly HPV vaccines and yet not one of them questioned or corrected the safety report by Dr Bryan of the MHRA which stated 'no serious risks have been identified associated with either HPV vaccine in the UK'. This statement is dishonest and untruthful and each of them, with all of their experience and knowledge' have accepted this and failed to correct it. It is outrageous and unethical.

Please advise:
- how are these so called experts selected for these meetings?
- what is the pooled income of these so called experts?
- what are their links and/or benefits received from to the vaccine manufacturers?

Yours faithfully,

Steve Hinks
