Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Big Lottery Fund's handling of my FOI request 'Thornbury FM grants'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/th...

I can not accept that you "have been unable to locate the file for the grant awarded in 2005". I find the suggestion to be preposterous. If you pay for an offsite storage facility, then you should have been able to locate a file for a grant given less than four years prior to by application.

Yours faithfully,

David Martin

Dear Freedom of Information,

Please explain to me: (1) why this fairly straightforward matter is taking so long to complete, and (2) why you were not able to advise me before 26 October [not September, as you incorrectly stated] that there would be a delay.

Yours sincerely,

David Martin
