Mohammed, this is just a comment from an outsider - I've read your initial request and your follow up and I still don't understand what information you're trying to request. It makes absolutely no sense.

In your first request you mention Crown Property. No mention of roads.

TfL then said that they don't own any Crown Property. Only then do you mention roads.

Roads are not necessarily Crown Property. What information are you actually trying to obtain? Information about Crown Property or roads?

TfL Ref: 0166-1718

Thank you for your further email received by us on 3 July 2017 concerning
your Freedom of Information request on third party claims that we have
sought clarification for.

As mentioned previously, from the descriptions provided in your previous
emails, it has not been possible to identify the information you require.
For example, you mention damage to roads and ‘crown property’, please
confirm whether you are referring to the London Highways Alliance Contract
(LoHAC) contract (thttp://www.lohac.co.uk/) that we have with various
contractors to undertake repairs to the Transport for London Road Network
(TLRN). If this is correct, please provide a more precise and detailed
description of the information you’re seeking together with any other
details you think might help us locate the information you require.

Upon receipt of sufficient detail to enable us to respond accordingly, we
will be happy to process this information as a new request.
