Waiting for an internal review by Breckland District Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Breckland District Council,

I would like some information about the Thetford "Place Brand" Project as described at https://www.breckland.gov.uk/article/164... and http://www.gtp.org.uk/blog/how-partnersh... . Specifically, please provide:

1/ The total cost of the project and where the funding has come from. If the Thetford "Place Brand" is a part of a larger project, please provide details and the total cost of this, together with an estimate of what proportion of the work the Thetford "Place Brand" part is.

2/ A copy of the project brief, agreed deliverables, and/or any similar documents that describe what the outputs from the contractors/consultants will be.

3/ Confirmation of whether or not the "Place Brand" Project is the manifestation of the "Town Delivery Plans" as described at https://www.thetfordandbrandontimes.co.u... and https://democracy.breckland.gov.uk/docum... .

4a/ If not, please provide details of the current status of the "Town Delivery Plans".

4b/ If so, does the "Place Brand" project represent the whole of the work on these Delivery Plans, or just part of it. Also, did the council agree any changes to the Delivery Plan specification since the funding agreement in October 2019? If so, what was agreed and when?

Yours faithfully,

Robert Whittaker
