Dear Naomi,
The Trust requires clarification of your request before we can proceed further. Please clarify the wait times you are requesting.
In order to meet the Trust’s obligation to be as helpful as possible to requesters, wait times across the Trust are calculated from referral to appointments (assessment or treatment) and not to a particular therapy. They are also measured by Team who will work with a service user/patient in accordance with their personal care plan.
Waiting times can be calculated for each of the therapies delivered by Lincolnshire Talking Therapies solely.
Would this information satisfy your request?
Please kindly let us know if this is acceptable and we will begin pulling the data.
In accordance with section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, your request is now on hold. The 20 day statutory response period will start again once clarification is received from you.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
