Theft of Money from wages

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Work and Pensions should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I had a letter from you stating I owed you money from back in 2007 and you got my employer to deduct this money from my wages. I then raised a dispute asI know I did not have any money from you so asked for evidence from you to corroborate your clams that I had money from you. Evidence required would be the contract signed by myself that showed the amount on said contract andall other verifiable data.

I was the told by your disputes team that you destroyed the evidence in error yet you still had the right to take money from my wages without any evidence.

I require the following:-

1. What law are you applying when taking money from someones wages without consent or evidence?

2. Where is proof of claim?

3. Who is the claimant?

4. What differentiates what you have done from theft as I class what you have done as theft?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie
