The usefullness of the Dagenham Town hall
Dear Barking and Dagenham Borough Council,
Please could you provide information for the following FOI requests regarding the use of the barking and Dagenham Town Hall.
Could you please tell what the hall was being used for before it was turned into a civic centre?
Why did the Dagenham Town Hall exist if people were using the Barking Town Hall instead?
If the Dagenham Town Hall was being rented out, did it make any money? If so, was the money being fuelled back into the council?
What is a civic centre?
What is the main purpose of the civic centre?
How many people on average use this?
Was the town hall's change into the civic centre discussed with the residents of barking and Dagenham before hand? If so how?
Why does the civic centre exist? Was there a demand for it?
I would prefer this information to be received in a typed electronic format.
Yours faithfully,
Miss Fajobi
