unprecedented challenges we are all facing during the Coronavirus
(COVID-19) pandemic. It is inevitable that freedom of information
practices might not meet the University’s usual standards during this
time, therefore responses to requests may take longer than the 20-day
limit. The ICO is understanding of this and will not penalise the
University for prioritising other areas of compliance during this
extraordinary period.
