Dear Northern Ireland Policing Board,

Request 1.
Could I please be supplied with copies of all documentation pertaining to the Boards Resources Committee's use of sub groups from 1st January 2018 to 5th June 2024.

To include but not be limited to:

[a] The terms of reference for each group.
[b] The identity of the members of each group .
[c] The minutes of each of the meeting of each group
[d] The contemporaneous notes taken by the note taker or equivalent staff member at each meeting of each group.

My use of the term Sub Group is to include any other group of members of the Resources Committee who volunteered or were seconded to work together outside of the main Committee to work on issues with a view to reporting their findings or recommendations to the following.
