Dear Official Custodian for Charities,

I am writing to you as Chair of Theale Village Hall, Charity number 274464. The land was donated, by Lord Benyon, by Deed of Gift on 4th April 1960 and you hold the deeds to the property.

When the hall was built in 1978 the car park was tarmacked and we believe this area belongs to the Village Hall as no other building existed at that time. We need an original copy of the Deed of Gift in order to register our land.

Could you provide a copy of the deeds or plans enclosed to us either by email to me at this address or by post addressed to the Chair, Theale Village Hall, 28 The Crescent, Theale, Reading RG7 5AZ
