Dear Government Equalities Office,

I would like to know when and at what age do the Government apply the title Mr, Mister, to a man?
1. Is the decision by the governament to apply the title 'Mr' consentual with the man who the title is being applied to?
2. Can the man refuse to accept the title Mr, Mister?
3. Mister, Mr is 'Office' a man who is an incumbent of office. What office do the government believe that the man holds who the title Mr, Mister is being given.

Blacks Law 4th edition
