The security measures required for L85 Rifle systems to be keped on a site of a Cadet Force

Dear Ministry of Defence

I am hoping you can help me by informing me for research purposes.
1. The required security measures to allow for a non-Barracks based cadet units spanning primarily the Army Cadet force And the Combined Cadet Force.
2. The current statistics for such establishments regardless of the quality of security measures the quantity of L85 rifles at this premises across full the UK at this current time.
3. As a separate statistic the number of rifles being held in quarantine at armours.
4. The number of rifles that should be in cadet centres UK wide.
