The search for a new Chief Executive

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

It is now over 2 months since it was announced your Trust board wanted to employ a new Chief Executive to replace Dr Marsh (something you initially denied).
It was also apparent that you spent / wasted nearly £31,000 advertising a post that 6 people applied for but you didn't bother to interview anyone for.
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

I would therefore like to know
- In how many places you have advertised the role of replacement Chief Executive?
- How much you have spent to date on any such adverts?
- When a new Chief Executive is likely to be in place?

As always, I only want facts and figures and with no added "spin".

Yours faithfully,

J Lowe

Dear East of England Ambulance Service

I'm sorry but that's just not acceptable when you are clearly breaking the law.
You still haven't provided information to these requests either.

Someone in your Trust is clearly making false claims when you say you will provide information within a specified time frame and then don't.

Yours sincerely,

J Lowe

Shocking Delay in answering the question. Do they have something to hide?

Dear East of England Ambulance Service

As William Clinton pointed out, your delay is unacceptable but this is something your Trust seems to regularly do without any concern for the law.
Are you going to answer this official foi request or continue to show an indifference for the law and your obligations under it?

Yours sincerely,

J Lowe
