As it is now in the public domain that West Derby College was sold for £1,750.000, could you please supply all information that shows the following:
[1] How many valuations were carried out on this property [West Derby College]
[2] Please supply a copy of all valuations, showing clearly the value of West Derby College as estimated by each company.

Thank you for the response
Could you tell me why West Derby College was sold based on an evaluation done in 2012? As was indicated in this evaluation it was quite evident that the value of this property was going to rise significantly with the improvement in the housing market/commercial market. I note that it was sold at the low end of the 2012 evaluation, as it states that the West Derby College could be sold for circa £2.000.000 if put on the open market.....and that was in 2012.!!!!!
Could you PLEASE confirm another FOI I have put in - Information relating to The Sale of West Derby College. This FOI has never been acknowledges even though I have politely asked 3 times.

Actually, in terms of the 2016 sale of West Derby College, it is crystal clear that NO evaluations were carried out, as an evaluation done in 2012 has absolutely no baring on the 2016 sale.
