Dear Caroline,

I am still trying to find out when this letter was sent but, as you can
imagine, the staff at Richmond who were involved in it are pretty
stretched at present.

I will persist but just so you know it's not being ignored.

Regards,

Dear Caroline Scott,

Regarding the report sent to Richmond Council, I have been unable so far
to find an exact date because the members of staff is one of the number
currently away under the furlough scheme.

It was sent in early December 2019 but the exact date cannot be
ascertained at the moment. If and when the furlough scheme ends and the
members of staff return I will hopefully be able to be slightly more
accurate.

Please accept my apologies.
