The restrictions that currently apply to your ownership or tenancy of Scarbrough Avenue Car Park, Skegness.

The request was successful.

Peter Michael Stephenson

Dear East Lindsey District Council,

Please respond to whichever one of the two following requests you find it most convenient to reply to. You need not respond to both requests.

Request Option One.

What restrictions currently apply to your current ownership or tenancy of Scarbrough Avenue Car Park. Skegness?

Request Option Two.

Please send me copies of all the records you possess (information held on computers, in emails and in printed or handwritten documents as well as images, video and audio recordings) that will provide me with information about what restrictions currently apply to your current ownership or tenancy of Scarbrough Avenue Car Park. Skegness.

I stress that in neither case I am asking for a reply of forensic exactitude but simply a fair, full and honest reply that will only take a reasonable amount of work and research to do. A qualification to this effect in your reply is perfectly acceptable.

I hope your response will be as prompt and as helpful as your previous replies to other questions – which, knowing the amount of work involved – I do not make lightly.

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Michael Stephenson
