The request that never was

The request was partially successful.

Dear University of East Anglia,

In Mr Palmer's 'clarification' letter of 17 May 2012 reference FOI_12-067, referring to FOI_09-174 he includes a paragraph:

"Or does "review" mean any action taken by the University in response to queries raised by the ICO in regarding the provision of the requested information subsequent to our response to you?"

[1] On what date did the ICO first raise such queries?
[2] Please advise me of the dates of all the correspondence with the ICO relating to FOI_09-174 and supply me a copies of it (except for UEA's letter to the ICO of 13 May 2010)
[3] Please supply me a copy of the email from Prof Overpeck that contained the file name of the Excel file in question.
[4] On the device where Prof Overpeck's email was found what was the creation date of email file (not the email) and that of the directory in which it was located.
[5] Was the device in [4] above the location Prof Briffa referred to in his email sent to you and Mr McGarvie on 14 July 2008 at approx 10:25?
[6] Was the information on the device in [4] above that which, on 18 December 2009, Mr Colam-French told Sir Muir Russell that Prof Briffa took home for safekeeping?
[7] On what date did the UEA locate the Excel File in question?
[8] Please supply me with the date of and copies of any recorded information upon which you based the statement in your letter to the ICO of 13 May 2010 that I had requested an internal review of your decision on FOI_09-174

Yours faithfully,

David Holland
