• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised? I have
attached the Richmond specification which was release with the tender on
16 November 2023.
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract? Head of Parking Operations is the contract manager and Nick
O’Donnell (Assistant Director, Environment and Community Services) is the
Contract Holder
Please note we don't release names of staff below Assistant Director level
as we consider this personal information and protected by Section 40 of
the FOI act.
