1. How many freedom of information requests has the BBC received in the period 17/12/2020 to 17/12/2021?
2. Re (1) above, of the freedom of information requests received, how many were declined out of hand, because the BBC decided that they were not covered by the Freedom of Information Act?
3. Re (2) above, how many cases has the BBC received upon referral from the ICO, because the BBC had initially declined the request and declined to conduct an internal review?
4. Re (3) above, of these cases, how many did the ICO conclude were covered by the Freedom of Information Act?
