Specifically, please confirm that the project was checked to meet with NHS ethical guidelines, in particular, that the following is ethical: when NHS staff provide long acting reversable contraception (LARC) to women the staff do so in the knowledge that the patient is told other health and social care support will cease should the women decline LARC.
3. If ethical approval was provided for this intervention, please confirm by whom/which group provided ethical approval (this is different from point 1 if the persons from point 1 did not consider or provide clinical ethical oversight). If explicit ethical approval has not been granted for delivery of this intervention, please confirm.
