The policing of face masks
Dear Leicestershire Constabulary,
Please answer the following questions with regards too this Freedom of Information Request.
1. How many persons have been arrested by the police and charged for not wearing a face mask please give statistics for the past 12 calendar weeks ? how many of these cases resulted in charges via a Public Order offence ?
2.Does the police have a policy for dealing with persons who have a face mask exemption and wear a named lanyard due to medical problems or disability that makes them mask exempt ? If so could you please provide me a copy of this policy please.
3. How many persons have been fined for not wearing a face mask ? please give statistics for the past 12 calendar weeks?
4. Has there been any occasions where a person wearing a mask exemption lanyard has been warned and fined by the police for not wearing a face mask? please give statistics for the past 12 calendar weeks?
